House Calls and Service Charges

We are happy to come to your home or business.

McCann Electronics charges a Service Call charge for in-home service that is not covered by Warranty or Service Contract. This charge will get the technician to your home to evaluate and diagnose your TV. Once the diagnosis is complete, the technician will provide you with an estimated cost for repair. The Service Call charge is separate from the repair cost. If you decline the repair, you will still owe the service call charge.

Any equipment, not covered by Manufacturer's Warranty or Contract Provider, brought into the service center for repair, will require a non-refundable Diagnostic fee be left. This diagnostic fee will be applied toward the total bill if reparied. If not repaired then this fee pays for the technicians time.

Warranty: If your unit is covered by Manufacturer's warranty then a copy of the bill of sale is required

Contract: An authorization must be issued by the Contract company prior to any service being performed
